How Do We Operate
Manar Conference Department & ACE operates through four
major departments:
Operation and Administration
Which is responsible for all events activities such as secretarial works, customer service and management, client’s correspondence and traveling and reservation services.
IT Department
A professional team for developing, webinars (Zoom), designing and managing websites for each event we launch, as well as, monthly e-mail shots and newsletters.
Sales, Marketing and PR
Which is responsible for selling exhibition spaces and marketing events through joint cooperation with governmental and private sectors.
Finance Department
Responsible for all financial activities, including issuing invoices for the clients, handling bank transactions and online banking

Manar Travel, which was founded in 1994, and ACE (Arab Africa Conferences & Exhibitions), which was founded in 2006 as an extension of Manar Travel, in a few years, ACE and Manar Travel became a distinguished name in world-class events; We also recorded more than 290 medical events: Industrial Exhibitions and Pharmaceutical Exhibitions.
Manar Travel events have been recognized as a turning point in Conferences’ career. Moreover, ACE’s first mega exhibition and conference achieved outstanding success and worldwide recognition.
