Who Are We ?

Manar Travel, which was founded in 1994, and ACE (Arab Africa Conferences & Exhibitions), which was founded in 2006 as an extension of Manar Travel, in a few years, ACE and Manar Travel became a distinguished name in world-class events; We also recorded more than 290 medical events: Industrial Exhibitions and Pharmaceutical Exhibitions.

Manar Travel events have been recognized as a turning point in Conferences’ career. Moreover, ACE’s first mega exhibition and conference achieved outstanding success and worldwide recognition.

How Are We ORGANIZE ?

Administration and secretarial levelit includes all clients' interaction processes including : replying to e-mails and phone calls in regards to d e l e g a t e s q u e r i e s i n a professional way to ensure that all of the information given is to achieve the goal of good publicity to the event. Visa invitation letters are issued by sending us a copy of the delegate passport within 24 hours.
Registration Process:A- Registration fees collecting can be made by two different ways; firstly, by online payment service that we provide on the event website (we have an account on PayPal), also we have the option of bulk registration, for a categorized group of delegates through the website or can be made through sending us an excel sheet with all the names registering. Another way for making a payment is a bank transfer to on our bank account and the participant must send us his/her full name and copy of the SWIFT to confirm the transfer. As for the B- Onsite registration, we provide up to 20 registration desks and each equipped with a bar code system that takes a minimal time of 45 seconds for each delegate, also the system is designed to calculate credited hours for conference attendees. In addition to a selective team available during all hours of the conference for any assistance or guidance.
Accommodation and Flight Reservation:As previously mentioned, ACE is an extension to Al Manar Travel one of the leading Travel agents in Egypt

Printable and branded materialswe have the best designing team for the printable materials that meets the international standards, creating a theme for each conference that meets the essence of the event
Financial partnership agreementA final budget will be planned, along with signing the agreement which will be agreed on by Tow parties: Society and the organizer (Manar Travel Conference Department & ACE).
